It started with a folding table, a hand-written sign and a batch too small to sell out properly. People came back the next weekend. Then they came back with friends.
Every bottle is still cooked in small batches, still finished with real whisky, still labelled and numbered by hand. We don't scale the recipe to fit demand — we cap the run and let the run sell out.
